Supply them by reaching for <strong>wholemeal bread<\/strong> and <strong>pasta<\/strong>, <strong>brown rice<\/strong> and <strong>bran<\/strong>. <strong>Sea fish<\/strong> eaten 2\u20133 times a week (mackerel, salmon, sardines), <strong>cold-pressed oils<\/strong> (e.g. linseed and rapeseed oils) and nuts provide the body with essential <strong>omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Foods for memory and concentration \u2013 vitamins and minerals<a id=\"vitamins-and-minerals\"><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Brain function relies on vitamins and minerals supplied with food. Include products rich in iron in your diet, as iron is necessary to transport oxygen to the brain. The main sources of iron are <strong>meat <\/strong>(including innards), <strong>eggs<\/strong>, <strong>green vegetables<\/strong> and <strong>pulses<\/strong>. Remember about vitamins, especially A, C and E.
